In all my years in the information technology field one thing has remained a constant: The principle that success depends on the consistent delivery of value to our customers. I define value as the combination of excellent service and a reasonable price. At Macro Network Solutions we have created an outstanding service organization. We recruit only the highest quality people. We look for that rare combination of excellent technical skills coupled with good communication abilities.

It was my idea to bring corporate level professionalism to the underserved market of small-business. Macro provides a level of service that has been largely unseen in the realm of small business.

Although we take it for granted, technology today is amazing. It allows us to gather information to us in the blink of an eye, to communicate with our employees, vendors and customers effortlessly and quickly, we are able to do tremendous amounts of work less people than ever before. The average $5 million company in 1984 had four people in its accounting department. Today the average $5 million company has one person in their accounting department. (sometimes part-time)

However, it is even more important today for businesses to find and use consultants with the highest possible level of expertise to advise them on the complexities of using information technologies in a safe and effective manner. Some areas of concern are:
